If it’s challenging for the companies to continue working from home, this might be the more reasonable setup moving forward.
Hiring cleaning staff
It should also be a requirement for every company to hire cleaning staff. It’s not enough to have someone cleaning at the end of the workday. Deep cleaning needs to happen all the time. Surfaces need disinfection since viruses can live there for hours. Employees will also feel safer when they know that they’re in a clean work environment. It might be another expense on the part of the company, but it’s worth spending on.
Employees need a voice
Before you decide how you’re going to move forward, you have to ask your employees about how they feel. They might not be comfortable with the idea of working in an office again. They might feel safe, but they still have to worry about their family members. They don’t want to take the risk. You can also ask them about alternatives since they probably know what’s best for them as they continue working.
