A. Wet Burritos:

Burritos are easy to make, a delicious Mexican main dish. Here is how to easily make burritos.

Basic instructions

Ingredients required:

(1-pound beef, raw, ground, regular), (0.5 cup onions, raw), (1 clove garlic), (0.25 teaspoon table salt), (0.125 teaspoon pepper), (hot chili, 4.5 ounce), (can of refried beans, 16 ounce), (can of red enchilada sauce, 10 ounce), ( 6 flour tortilla, 12 inch), (2 cup Lettuce), (1 cup tomato), (2 cups Nacho Blend cheese), (0.5 cup onions, spring), (15 ounce Hormel chili), (0.5 teaspoon cumin).

Steps for preparation:

Step 1: Take a frying pan and heat it under medium heat. After you feel that the frying pan is hot enough, break the beef meat into the pan. Keep stirring until the meat turns brown. Now chop the onions and then add it into the pan. Keep stirring until the onions turn translucent. Then drain the fat off the meat and add the above-mentioned amount of pepper, salt, cumin, and garlic. Now add the green chili and the canned refried beans and stir well. After the chilies and beans are well-blended, turn off the heat and maintain it warm.

Step 2: Take a saucepan, and add chilies, enchilada, and crushed tomato soup. Cook it well in medium heat and turn off the stove when you feel it’s cooked and smell good.

Step 3: Warm the tortilla and place it on the plate. Then place some beef mixture that was prepared earlier in the center of the tortilla. Add tomato slices and lettuce leaves as toppings. Then roll the tortilla with the fillings in it. Add some sauce and cheese if you want. Add some spring onions as toppings for good taste. Now your food is ready to eat.

B. Quick Black bean Chilaquiles

A quick breakfast popular in Mexico and healthy food. Let’s see how to prepare it.

Basic instructions

Preparation time: 10 mins

Cooking time: 20 mins

Total time: 30 mins

Number of servings: 6

Total Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients required:

(1 tablespoon oil, cooking oil), (raw onion), (4 cups tortilla chips), (2 cups salsa), (6 eggs, large), (0.5 cup Queso Fresco cheese), (1 raw avocado), (0.25 cup red onion), (2 tablespoon cilantro).

Steps for preparation:

Step 1: Take a frying pan and heat it on medium flame. Then pour oil into it and heat the oil. When the oil is shimmering, add some chopped onion into the pan. Cook the onions until it becomes soft. This will take about 5 mins. Now add the tortilla chips to the frying pan. Now add the eggs into the pan and then stir for some 3 minutes to 4 minutes. Then take salsa, and black beans can, stir them well, and then pour it into the frying pan. Heat the food for five more minutes.

Step 2: Now add suitable toppings like red onion, cilantro, Queso Fresco, and avocado. Then your food is ready to eat and can be served immediately if you want it hot.
